Jussain Sajwani Builds A Major Luxury Real Estate Empire

In 2002, the ruling government and Royal Family of the United Arab Emirates made changes to the rules regarding ownership of real estate in Dubai which allowed the ownership of properties to be held by foreign nationals. At the time, Hussain Sajwani was a well-known figure in the hospitality industry who felt the visitors to his chain of hotels and those from the elite levels of society would soon be looking to purchase luxury real estate in the desert kingdom; 2002 saw the launch of DAMAC Properties, a company which has become synonymous with the highest levels of luxury in real estate.

The roots of the real estate empire of Hussain Sajwani lay in the establishment of the DAMAC Properties group he established in Dubai which remains one of the top luxury real estate development companies in the world. Initially, DAMAC Properties created a block of luxury apartments in an area of Dubai which was not seen to be in the most sought after area of Dubai but the DAMAC owner showed his considerable salesmanship by selling all the properties in the project before ground had even been broken on the construction.

Success has continued for Hussain Sajwani and seen DAMAC Properties eclipse his other areas of work including his impressive catering and hotel brands which have been providing excellent customer service for a number of decades. Hussain Sajwani has recently seen his luxury real estate business take an international turn with new offices opening to oversee luxury constructions in international capitals such as London and the nation of Qatar; the completion of the first major project in London has given the international nature of DAMAC Properties as much of a boost as its impressive partnership with U.S. President Donald Trump.

The first of two golf-themed resort recently opened in the United Arab Emirates bearing the Trump branding and logo of a course designed by Tiger Woods. The second golf resort looks set to open early in 2018 with Sajwani waiting for the end of the term in office of the President before hoping to negotiate a deal for more Trump themed properties to launch across his expanding empire.
